You will:

Build durability and reduce injury risk through structured and progressive programming
Develop endurance and conditioning for long-distance or open-water swim events
Enhance functional strength specific to stroke mechanics, body position and breathing control
This programme is tailored to your current level and training demands, whether you’re new to structured strength work, preparing for a specific race, or trying to break through a performance plateau.

Bespoke weekly strength and conditioning programme adapted to your swim discipline and training schedule
