My Mission

With over 20 years of combined experience in competitive swimming and high performance physical training, I am now in a position where I can give back and help swimmers and hybrid athletes unlock their full potential by developing every aspect of their performance in the water, in the gym and in their mindset.

My coaching approach is cross functional, exciting and results driven. I help athletes become more explosive, more durable and resistant to injury so they can swim faster, last longer and compete with confidence.

I began as a high level competitive swimmer before transitioning into strength training where I discovered my passion for building powerful athletes. Today, I compete in some of the most demanding open water swimming races in the UK, combining endurance, muscular strength and mental resilience.
